Cancellation Policy
I like to keep things simple. If you don't cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will be charged the full amount of the massage.
That being said I am not an unreasonable man and this is part of my policy. If you don't cancel on time I give you a chance to rebook your appointment for a future time and date. If you keep that appointment you will not be charged for missed appointment if you decide to cancel again you will be charged in full.
