Cancellation Policy – Massage by Jesse

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients and respect everyone’s time, Massage by Jesse has the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate clients scheduled after you.

You will still be responsible for the full session fee.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell—especially with symptoms of fever, contagious illness, or infection—please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I reserve the right to decline treatment for health and safety reasons.

Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
